The following Constitution II of Sept. 27, 2018, was designed based on Applied Personal Science: On Nov. 25 2018, the Swiss People will vote whether they want to keep this perspective open or be condemned in the ZG-zeitgeist, foremost that of the blackmailing European Union. This is of global relevance for it will show the OPTION I elite's spin doctors, to what degree it is already possible and with what psycho-politics, to divide nations from their sovereignty as the foreplay to eliminate OPTION II in society and minds.
